Mark Coleman, OTR/L
As a leading ergonomic specialist in the New England area for over 21 years, Mark brings his unique knowledge of kinesiology, physiology, pain relief, and to create custom workplace and safety recommendations for both employers and employees. He specializes in evaluating the unique risks, demands, and workload required to get the job done right, and helps workers increase their satisfaction and productivity.
Shannon Karpinski, PT
As a movement expert with over 20 years of experience, Shannon works from our Burlington office to help injured workers manage their pain and develop the strength and flexibility they need to get back to their job. Her compassion, knowledge, and her attention to detail helps her understand the unique needs of each worker. She takes pride in customizing the exercise prescription to suit job specifics, so she can take the guess work out of your injury recovery plan.
Leigh’s professional background is rooted in human services, and she has a lifelong passion for health and fitness. Having personally experienced the transformative benefits of physical and occupational therapy, Leigh is committed to supporting the Workability team and their clients in achieving their goals. Outside of work, Leigh enjoys traveling and adventuring with her twin toddlers. She is also an avid CrossFit athlete and swimmer.
